Culturally-Contingent Theory of Government: Culture is the determining factor in the effectiveness of any system of government (SPA:90%). Minarchism, Conservatism, Classical Liberalism, Liberalism, Socialism, RB Economy, Communism, and Anarchism—they could all flourish economically given a conducive society; with certain prerequisite value systems, social mechanisms, virtues, technology, and leaders. As for cultural flourishing—that is either subjective; determined by value judgment (SPA:90%), or predetermined by Providence, Nature, or some other humanity-transcending entity.

Classical Liberalism: Classical Liberalism allows for diversity among different communities that can maintain their unique cultural norms and economic objectives through “the art of reason”, through voluntary action, and social mechanisms (SPA:90%). As long as a society's objectives include the protection of fundamental liberties and lack the imperative to impose one's own moral and economic systems upon fellow country men, Classical Liberalism thrives (VJ). If one values diversity and the vision of the founding fathers, Classical Liberalism is even more desirable (SPA:85%).
